PAST: Allison (Allie, Al, Or Alice (If your Brave)) found out when she was 12 years old that she has an older half brother, by two months, named Edgar. Over the years she has gotten closer to him but not by a lot. In fact if she never see's him again she would just shrug her shoulders and move on with her life. Not that she doesn't like him, it's just she's not close enough for that yet. Her father wants to be the next Minister For Magic, and will step on anyone who gets in his way. When Allison was six she was attacked by a werewolf the night of the full moon, however she wasn't bitten, only scratched, she was a scar going from her temple all the way to her torso. If you ask her about it she wont answer.
She isn't a werewolf, however she does show the signs of one. I.E. Bad temper around the times of the full moon, gets sick. She goes threw the changes without actually turning into one.
Personality: Allison is a very secretive girl, in fact no one knows anything about her. The one thing she hates most in this world is talking about herself, in fact she will change the subject and will avoid the question, whether it's commenting on something she just saw, or asking you another question in a flirty way (if your a boy). However If you're really pesky about it she may curse you and walk away. That's how much she hates it. So needless to say she is a very mysterious girl who doesn't like to open up. To many she may seem sarcastic, and kind of a bitch, but to only...well her brother, she is very sweet and caring not to mention silly.
Look to the past for information on her temper.
Needs:
Friends: Someone, besides her brother, who can help her open up a bit more. Who will come back every time she pushes you away. Someone she can feel like she can be silly in front of.
Relationship: She needs a guy who will probably be a major flirt. I can see her being with a total ass hole, mostly because she wont take it. She is the type who will flirt with you one second and then walk away like nothing happened. She isn't impressed too easily. She also needs a guy who will bounce back every time she knocks you down, especially around the full moon when she is very, very temperamental.

PAST: Edgar (Ed, Eddie) Hamilton was born to Mary-Anne and Blaine Hamilton, a very rich family thanks to his famous mother who found a cure to many diseases and even wrote books about them. His dad is very ambitious, especially since he wants to be the minister For Magic, willing to step on anyone to get what he wants. When Edgar was five he found out his father was having an affair with another women, Allison’s mother, and became very upset. His dad made him swear not to tell. and he didn't until he was twelve and found out about Allie. He told his mother which prompted his dad to by Edgar a flat and with a lot furniture, basically kicking Edgar out. Edgar didn't mind too much since his dad pays the bills on the flat, at least until Edgar is eighteen and done with school. Like most people he doesn't know a lot about his sister, in fact he is still trying to figure out the story behind the scar.
Personality: Much like Allison, Edgar is very secretive, only telling his past to a select few, but even then it's not the whole story. In fact he likes to leave Allison out of those stories, knowing that if Allie wanted everyone to know, she would have told them by now. He is a very loyal person, however he is just as ambitious as his dad, and loyalty or not he isn't afraid to do what he has to do to get what he wants.
However despite that 'slight' flaw, he loves his friends and would do anything for them. Unlike his sister, he is not one to judge someone by rumors, he likes to decide for himself whether or not he likes them.
Needs:
Friends/Bromance: I love bromance's so please throw some plots my way for them!
Relationship: Not sure I want him to settle down, but then again someone might have a really, REALLY good plot so come at me bro!
